Believe by Victoria Alexander - Romance and Knights of the Round Table - what a great Christmas gift idea!

Ok, so maybe it is stretching it a little bit to say that Victoria Alexander’s re-released classic romance “Believe” is a Christmas selection. The events that occur in the book are set during the Christmas season, and the cover has a gorgeous bunch of holly on the front…so I’m going to say it counts! Besides, it’s a great book that I think you, the reader, would enjoy hearing about!

Don't forget to leave a comment to have a chance at the Christmas Basket I'm putting together for one lucky winner! Today, I'm adding a soy candle in Fresh Linen fragrance!

Tessa St. James is an associate professor who specializes in myths and legends. Her favorite subjects in this realm are the gorgeous Greek gods. But right before the Christmas break Tessa is in the middle of teaching her least favorite part of her curriculum – the tales of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, legends that she personally doesn’t think ever existed in real life. Much to the chagrin of a mysterious visitor to her classroom.

So when she is suddenly whisked back to the Middle Ages by no one less than Merlin himself, Tessa is shocked to find that Arthur and his Knight did actually exist. And when Merlin arranges for her to accompany Sir Galahad on his quest to find the Holy Grail, well…let’s just say that Tessa’s opinion of Camelot takes on a whole new understanding.

The skeptical modern lady professor and the legendary handsome knight in shining armor set out on a dangerous, adventure filled journey that will find them seeking the impossible and slowly but surely falling in love with one another.

Victoria Alexander delivers a charming romance with this timeless classic story. Filled with lively adventure, steamy romance and a happy-ever-after ending, “Believe” is a delightful escape. And what better gift to fans of romance is that!
So, see, it is kind of Christmasy!

I would love to go back at meet the Knights of the Round Table. A couple months ago I saw a PBS special where they thought they had found the remnants of the round table (a round building) one the grounds of one of the royal castles in England.

How I would love for this to happen to me, one minute I'm here in wet, damp England and the next, I find myself amongst all these dashing knights. Knowing my luck though, they'd be the type of knights who are fools in aluminium foil. Thanks for this great review Sharon.

Thanks so much for this great review. It sounds like the kind of book I'd really enjoy (I love time travel). Heading to my TBR list now to modify.
