Blog-Hopping Weekend! Reading and Rain!

Happy Friday all!

It's the weekend, and here in North Texas we are getting some much needed rain, finally! So it looks like it will be a good time to stay inside, read and catch up on emails, and blogs!

This fun event is sponsored by Jennifer at Crazy-For-Books.com (http://www.crazy-for-books.com/)
and is always a lot of fun!  Jennifer asks a weekly question, and this week's is:

"If you were given the chance to spend one day in a fictional world (from a book), which book would it be from and what would that place be?"

Hmmm, it's hard to settle on just one place.

As a little girl, I would have said the Land of Oz with Dorothy Gale and her pals.

Or Prince Edward Island with Anne of Green Gables.

As a grown-up, my favorite place right now would have to be at Eternity Springs, Colorado - the Colorado mountain setting for Emily March's wonderful new series.

check out Emily March's website at http://www.emilymarch.com/

There are so many great places to venture to in the world of books!  Can't wait to see what other bloggers are saying about this!

Have a great weekend everyone! And as always, Happy Reading!

I’ve seen a lot of great picks and gathered some fresh titles to add to my ever-growing TBR list. My answer will probably stun most people because the world I picked is a place most people would be scared to death of and try to escape from. Me? I want in.

Hop on over to my blog and be prepared for the unexpected – http://www.howardsherman.net

Oh the Land of Oz would have been wonderful to visit. Why didn't I think of that?
