For Halloween!

I rarely toot my own horn on this blog, but I am so happy with my recent projects that I wanted to share them with you.

I have recently been playing around with some creative writing, and am proud today to present two of my short stories which are now available on Amazon.com!  And they are both just right for some fun reading for Halloween!

I'd be thrilled if you check them out!

The first is a cute story, even if I do say so myself!

About The Story:

Summer Garner is known for giving customers at her Sweet Tops bakery the exact kind of cupcakes they need. But when private investigator Nick Wilson shows up with some uncomfortable questions, it may take more than Summer's baking skills, and unique insights, to keep her bakery going.

I've gotten some nice reviews for this story!

Beth Hoffman, author of  "Saving CeeCee Honeycutt," said -"The Cupcake Witch is a darling short story about a magical bakery named Sweet Tops. Owned and operated by a good-hearted witch, the bakery is known for its incredible cupcakes. But the cupcakes are for more than the usual treat, and in fact hold secret powers. Fueled by the jealousy of the good witch's sister, plans to destroy the bakery begin and a clash of good versus evil ensues.  Sharon Galligar Chance has brought together delectable ingredients and I hope she expands this short story into
a novel."

Lori at DollyCas Thoughts said -

"I LOVED IT!! Sharon has written a cute little story that makes me hungry for some special cupcakes. Love the character names and the idea that sibling rivalry is alive no matter who you are or what powers you may or may not have. Highly Recommended!!!"

Greg Suhonen, author of "Pike Point," said -

"Sharon Galligar Chance has crafted an endearing story filled to the brim with sweet treats for the reader. As is the case with every well written short story, the ending of this enchanting tale presents itself all too soon."

The second short story is called "What Was That Man?" and it is brand, spanking new!

About The Story:

For some reason, a master poet doesn't seem to fit in with a bookstore's poetry-reading group.

This one is perfect for Halloween reading!!

I hope to have some more fun stories up soon - some scary, some romantic, some just for fun!

Happy Reading, Ya'll!
