It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a fun weekly meme sponsored by my friend Sheila at Book Journey! Check out what other book review bloggers are reading - http://bookjourney.wordpress.com/
I'm pretty excited about my reading plans this week! This is also a week I hope (HOPE!) to get caught up on a bunch of reviews that I need to write, plus I have plans to get out in the garden and continue the tidying up I have started out there!
Ah, Spring - a time to get 'er done! (I think Shakespeare said that ... no?)
Anyway, here is what I have lined up this week!
What I Am Reading Now:
As this is the 100th anniversary week of the sinking of the Titantic, I've got two books on the subject to read. Reviews will come at the end of the week!
What I Plan To Read:
(I was at the book store on Friday and was thrilled to find that Thomas Kinkade and his writing partner, Katherine Spencer, had a new book out in their Angel Island series, so I grabbed it! Then when we got home, I heard that Thomas had passed away that very same day. So sad to lose such a talented artist, and writer.)
Special Events:
Today: Book Blog Tour Stop for Sarah Pekkanen, author of "These Girls"
Wednesday: Book Blog Tour Stop for "The Wedding Dress" by Rachel Hauck
Thursday: Book Blog Tour Stop for "The Discovery" by Dan Walsh
Plus, I am taking part in the Hoppy Easter Eggstravaganza Giveaway Hop, which runs through Thursday. Click on the link for your chance to enter to win a copy of Kristina McMorris' amazing novel, "Bridge of Scarlet Leaves."
