Hi- Sorry I am a week late.
Is buddy a Jack Russell or Rat Terrier? We have a Rat Terrier who is wonderfully smart and very jealous for attention. She is the Queen Bee in our house and tends to chase our sweet cat away when she tries to snuggle.
