Guest Post by Author Linda Broday, author of "Texas Mail Order Bride"

I'm thrilled today to host my dear friend, author Linda Broday, as a guest blogger today!

I’m so excited to be able to share Texas Mail Order Bride with you!

This is the first of my Bachelors of Battle Creek series that is set in the real place of Battle Creek, Texas just south of Fort Worth. It only has a monument there to remember a group of government surveyors who lost their lives in 1839. But it seemed perfect for my story.

I love stories about home and family where the characters can set down deep roots so it’s no surprise that this is the theme of this story. While home is usually thought of as a place, it’s also a state of mind. It’s finding your inner compass and trusting it to lead you so that your soul is at peace. It’s also being comfortable in your own skin. That old saying that home is where the heart is carries so much truth.

I hope you join me on Cooper Thorne’s and Delta Dandridge’s journey as they search for lasting happiness and a place to call home. If you enjoy this story, I hope you try book two of this series, "Twice a Texas Bride," that comes out in May.

My thanks to Linda for stopping by the blog today! If you love western romance, you will adore Linda's books!  I guarantee it!
